Seasonal Leaderboards, Royal Decrees of Hopelands & Resource Overhaul


Town Notice & Proclamation Boards
Players can now interact with physical notice boards placed in town squares and banks across Hopelands:

1. Seasonal Championship Leaderboards
The Hopelands ranking system now operates on automated 3-Month Quarterly Seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)!

Season Schedule:
* Fall Season: September 1 - November 30
* Winter Season: December 1 - February 28/29
* Spring Season: March 1 - May 31
* Summer Season: June 1 - August 31

13 Competitive Categories:
Woodcutting, Mining, Lockpicking, Inscription, Taming, Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Tinkering, Fletching, Carpentry, Fishing, Cartography, and Alchemy.

Exclusive Champion Wall Shields:
At the conclusion of each season, the Top 3 Champions of every trade will receive exclusive, wall-mountable trophy shields delivered straight to their bank box:
* Rank 1 (Radiant Gold): Custom golden hue with celebratory fanfare audio (0x5B5) and server announcement.
* Rank 2 (Pure Silver): Gleaming platinum finish.
* Rank 3 (Dragon Bronze): Battle-hardened bronze finish.


2. Royal Decrees of Hopelands
The Crown of Hopelands issues dynamic realm-wide proclamations rotating every Monday at 00:00 UTC:

3 Active Royal Decrees Every Week:
1. Royal Dungeon Campaign (Primary Dungeon): +20% Gold Loot Drops & +15% Dungeon Mastery XP.
2. Underground Hunt Bounty (Cavern / Dungeon): +20% Faster Skill Gain Rate & +15% Rare Drop Chance.
3. Artisan & Commerce Subsidy (Major City): +15% Exceptional Crafting Chance & -25% Lower Player Vendor Commission Fees.


3. Lumberjacking & Resource Gathering Overhaul
* Tree Resource Capacity: Boosted to 30 to 60 Logs per tree!
* Harvest Yield: 4 Logs per chop in Felucca!
* Tree Respawn Timers: Fast 3 to 6 minute regeneration!
* Rare Wood Spawn Rates: Oak (24%), Ash (18%), Yew (12%), Heartwood (8%), Bloodwood (6%), Frostwood (4%).


4. Hopelands Treasure Map Recalibration
* Over 1,440+ verified solid-land coordinates across Hopelands (6144 x 4096).
* Fully resolved legacy ocean water/mountain tile misalignments.
