To help both new adventurers and seasoned veterans plan their character progression, the New Hope staff has assembled a comprehensive Character Class Templates & Specializations Guide on our official Wiki.
Each class guide provides a clean starter progression starting at 700.0 Skill Points (7 GM 100.0 Skills) and branches into 3 battle-tested 720.0 Legendary Specializations (up to 120.0 via Power Scrolls) with optimal 225 Stat allocations, gear advice, and combat strategies.
📜 Core Server Caps & Progression Rules
- Base Skill Cap: 700.0 Skill Points (7 GM skills @ 100.0) upon character creation.
- Power Scrolls (+20): Obtained from Champion Spawns and Dungeon Bosses. Raises individual skill caps to 120.0 Legendary and character total up to 720.0 Skill Points.
- Stat Cap: Strictly 225 Total Stats (e.g. 100 Str / 100 Dex / 25 Int for Warriors & Archers, or 100 Str / 25 Dex / 100 Int for Mages & Tamers).
- Pet Training: Native 5-Slot progression system for all tamable beasts.
- Naval & Trade System: Custom Galleons, Heavy Cannons, Sea Cargo Shipping routes, and Treasure Salvaging.
